Beautiful and clean beach. Very good for family. Apart from the beach, you can also walk in Bicentennial trail where you can pass pebbly beach, the tanks where you can swim in the natural rock formation area. The trail will also head you to Bennet's head look out and will end to one mile beach.
We love this place, it's not very busy and the water quality is great. Has a couple of nice cafes to visit also.
There is a pool if the beach isnt your thing.
Has BBQ'S and public toilets also

I love this beach and love swimming here especially in the rock pool. The waves are great and big but sometimes they are a bit too big which is alright. The water is normally really nice and warm in summer and the atmosphere is amazing. One thing i don’t like that much is that the life guards go home early around 5pm which can be dangerous for anyone swimming in the waves past then

visited on my second day on a road trip to Sydney! Beautiful beach and amazing natural swiming pool. Apart from that, there is the other side where there is a river with calm waters.
Nice beach with plenty of room. On the far side there is a beach pool with change rooms and showers. Also outdoor barbecue facilities and a drinking fountain are there as well.
Just another great Australian beach. Missing. A fifth star for the crowds during summer peak and the weed that sometimes collects at the south corner.
Head up to Beach Bums for a snack, lunch or both after your swim.
The ocean pool (aka The Bullring) at the Southern end is a good option for families when the swell is up.
